PRODUCT WARRANTY:

We will replace any product found to be defective based on workmanship or materials, provided we are notified within 90 days of product delivery. You must have the original packing slip to obtain advance authorization for the return. The authorization can be obtained by calling our customer service number (586) 840-3276.

RETURN POLICY:

Diagnostic Software, ECU Reflash/Reprogramming Files, Instructor Training Guides and On-line Viewing Subscriptions are non-refundable purchases.

Printed Publications
To return the product, you must obtain advance authorization within 30 days of product delivery. There will also be a 25% restocking fee applied based on the original value of the product. The authorization can be obtained by calling our customer service number (586) 840-3276.

CD-ROM Publications
CDs that have been opened cannot be refunded. However, CDs found to be defective will be exchanged for a replacement CD of the same title.

VHS Videotape Publications
VHS Videotapes that have been opened cannot be refunded. However, Videotapes found to be defective will be exchanged for a replacement Videotape of the same title.

Purchasing an Online Viewing Subscription requires Credit Card billing, and will disable the Dealer Billing payment option.
